E-Groups

This is a good way of getting to know the members of the group and sharing information and experiences and for obtaining help. Just click on the links below to either visit or join. Once you have joined take time to read the rules and regulations of the e-groups carefully. Also once you have applied to join you will be contacted by the moderator of the group.                                                                                                                               The e-groups is the most popular way of getting advice you mail in and everyone in the group gets a copy of your mail so you have access to wide range of advice and support,

Trouble Shooting.                                                  

Ensure you have Java enabled in your browser settings to use the live chat service: If you are using IE, make sure you have the Virtual Machine installed and switched on. (Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced >> JIT Compiler for Virtual Machine enabled (put tick in here and restart your machine).For Netscape, go to Edit >> Preferences >> Advanced >> Enable Java (put a tick here).
